Rename Files when Reclassified

We give users the ability to reclassify documents, but we don't change our automated naming of the doc.

For example- if we classify a doc as an Invoice, we name it "Invoice.pdf"

If a user reclassifies it to a Bill of Lading, the file name will still be "Invoice.pdf". This suggested change is to update the name to the appropriate doc name for that doc type
