Some solution to import customer contact emails

When creating a Customer Dispute, the ability to grab suggested customer contact email's when preparing a dispute is great, but only works if contact emails are maintained. Currently, the contact emails are either done manually, or with a Navix support ticket. Suggestion is to find a solution that makes is easier to update customer contact emails by the tenant. Mass import/upload tool would be one idea. Showing NetSuite as an example of the capability. This could also be done through the integration with the TMS, but should be part of the initial deployment work scope. Being well pas the deployment stage it will be hard to get an integration update prioritized with our engineering team.

    Hi Chris- thanks for submitting this idea. We already have this ability. If you send us a spreadsheet we can do a bulk import of Customer Contacts, and also on our Order Import (from your TMS) if you send a contact on an Order we save it to that Customer's master.

    I spot checked some of your customers and it doesn't appear you're sending us that on your Order data, but we definitely do store that data today. Reach out to us and we can help get this in!
