In the instance a tenant has multiple criteria for their customer's mark-up, they'd like to be able to add a note for the team to reference when reviewing & applying a customer's mark-up.
An example - a tenant may have a 5% or $15 (min) mark-up for a TL order for one of their customers UNLESS the order contains a claim which will make it a 10% mark-up.
