Our customers have different preferences for default filters on some of our reports. Currently, the same default filters that are set, are in place for all tenants and they don't have the permission to adjust the defaults based on what would work best for them.
An example of this is on the Exceptions Dashboard. We have the Exception Status filter defaulted to only show Resolved exceptions. Some customers would like the default to be showing Resolved and Open exceptions, while others like that it only shows Resolved.
