When you are in the Audit Que you have the ability to select certain customers, but you have to individually select them. We have accounts that we can only bill once a month. If we had the ability to open up the Customer Filter in Audit and "Select All" then we could unselect the single account, we don't want to see until the end of the month. That would allow us to move smoothly through the audits.

Yes a Not Equal would work perfectly for this request. Just to be able to eliminate those 1 or 2 customers needed at the time.
Hi @Guest thank you for submitting this idea. One difficult part of this design is that you have thousands (maybe tens of thousands) of customers.
To solve this differently, would a "Not Equal To" filter also solve what you're trying to do?? Rather than selecting all the customers and then de-selecting the ones you don't want, you could just select the customers to skip?
We're brainstorming and I don't know which would be the better fix on our side, but that's our current idea
