Bring in PAID and INVOICED dates into Navix

CURRENT STATE: they have this in their system

USE CASE: customer service reps do auditing and need to be able to quickly pivot when asked ‘when was this sent’, ‘has this been paid’, ‘have i been paid’, ‘when should I be paid’

USE CASE: I want the FULL picture of my cash flow and back office process ‘with Navix we are invoicing 2 days earlier but my customer is paying us 2 days slower now so we aren’t getting the ROI.’ ‘Navix approved everything on 11/2 but the invoice didn’t go out until 11/5, what the heck is the team doing?!’

TODAY IN NAVIX: we don’t pull these in, customers would have to pivot to multiple systems to get this info into a report or answer the questions above.

    I've wanted to capture these, this allows us to better measure our OTIF and DSO metrics which are our key value adds. In the future, combining these with our "Auto Dispute" functionality I'd love to use this data to 'close the loop' with carriers automatically to let them know a payment is on the way.

    It's a good compliment to the initial emails we send asking for the documents- Carriers send us the docs, then they get the happy email that they're getting paid
