We use an AE list that queues up which invoices need to be reviewed by their Account Reps.
The Workflow:
Shelley assigns the dispute to Cole
Cole reviews and approves
Dispute is re-assigned to Shelley
The Problem:
Today, users can take ownership of an invoice or dispute, but they can't assign disputes to other users.
Benefit
We would want to report on how long each user owns disputes and how long it takes them to reply.
We can provide feedback to the branch manager if someone takes a week to reply.
Notes
Auditors are reviewed and monitored based on their KPIs, we need to ensure the reporting reflects that.
The new My Disputes page only shows the user who created the dispute. We would want the ability to take ownership of a dispute as well and have that new page show who owns the dispute, not who created the dispute. This would allow our audit team to put an invoice into dispute, and then have our dispute team follow up to resolution.
We are doing a lot of work on Disputes in early 2025 and we'll add this to the list!
