Ability to add more specific charge codes to the mapping modal.

There has been a request to add more detailed charge codes to the mapping modal within the Navix application. The thought here is to be able to more accurately define and map the appropriate code to the accessorial charge. This would allow the user to select more specific codes for mapping and reporting purposes.

For example, if a vendor charges for a School delivery, that cost may be different than a church delivery even though they both could be considered a "Limited Access" delivery. Being able to match to specific charge codes and report on those can give deeper insights to the Tenants when they are negotiating contracts with specific vendors.
