We have a lot of tenants who use "Tenant" disputes to send rate discrepancies or accessorials to the broker or the internal ops team. This is almost always asking the internal person to either approve or deny a charge. We hear about issues our users have with getting the ops teams to actually comply.
This idea is to simply put an "Approve" or "Deny" button in the body of the email that allows the user to reply without having to log in to Navix, and then to automate that reply to close the dispute and exception.
