EASE would like to suggest a function that would automatically assign invoices to Navix users ( i.e. utilizing the 'ownership' function) depending on the factoring company, vendor, or customer. The logic being loosely based on the 'remit to', vendor name, or customer name that Navix ingests from the paperwork. Rather than ownership being assigned to invoices based on a user manually claiming, or due to manipulating the order, invoices are automatically placed under a user's 'ownership' within the Invoices>Audit queue. The ability to 'assign' factoring companies, specific vendors or customers to users could be added as a function of the tenant administrators.
Hi @Guest thanks for your comment! I think it's a great idea, I have some ideas on the solution.

I'd like to do a common solution, for example here in Aha when I assign a user to an idea or feature, I use an option like below- I can select another user, or I can easily click the "Assign to me" button to assign to myself.
One important question- We have certain actions in the UI today that automatically assign the invoice to the user who does the action (like updating a reference number, or copying a vendor, etc). Should we keep that behavior, or should we allow users to do that without taking ownership?
Last question- should we also allow for a bulk-assign? Select a bunch of invoices and assign them all to someone, would you use that?
It would also be very helpful to be able to assign ownership to other users on a load to load basis. Many times I send my team members loads/invoices that I would like them to audit. Right now I have to send each member every single load number and hope they audit it before someone else gets to it first. If I could assign ownership then they could use the filters to find all loads needing reviewed under each user. This would also allow others to see that ownership has already been assigned so they know not to audit.
