Choose and Save Columns

Different Users have different needs when looking at Navix's queues. Today the same columns are mostly displayed, where in reality very few users care about "Ship Date" or "Bill Type". Some examples we've heard:

As a supervisor, I want to see my Invoice Total Charge compared to my Order Total Charge and Margins in the “Ready to Approve” report, so that I can act as the last line of defense and ensure that we’re not approving any loads that aren’t profitable

  • As an Auditor, I want to see the Delivery Date and Due Date of my invoices so that I can work the most urgent invoices first, and account for any Quick Pay invoices. (Note: Due Date doesn’t exist yet)

  • As an Auditor, when I filter a report based on a given field, I want to see that field available in the grid so that I know which value(s) exist on the invoice/order

  • As an Auditor, when reviewing Duplicate Invoices, I want to see reference numbers from both the invoice and the Order to know if this is truly a duplicate

  • As an Auditor, I want to view the Variance of Invoices and sort Invoices with the highest variance to the top of my list to work those disputes first as that is an indicator that a dispute will be needed

  • As an Auditor, I don’t care about the Bill Type or Ship Date on the grid, that data doesn’t help me make any decisions so I don’t need to see it in my list every day

  • As an Auditor I want to review the Order Vendor and Invoice Vendor side by side in the grid so that I can Mass Approve or Mass Terminate without drilling into each invoice

I completely agree with this idea. The ship date and Bill type have no meaningful benefit. Having a Delivered date and invoice receive date filter would be the biggest help to us as these are two of the tops things we rely on to ensure we are working the most efficient way.

Thank you for your suggestions @Guest - This is a large project for us, we're gauging interest of this against our other priorities, if we get enough votes here we'll design it out and get it built

Ability to stream line these columns would improve workflow. Would request columns like Delivery Date from Order or other "Order" information be added to the options for columns.
