If we identify a Remit To typically the user will download the NOA/LOR and email that to their payment provider. This causes a repetitive manual task that prospects are asking to automate.
How does your team execute this workflow today?? We've been brainstorming this concept. Our Business Rules 2.0 engine will be able to automate this, but how do we capture the email address we're sending this to?

For those that are on a payment platform it will be simple, for us we utilize TriumphPay. So ALL NOA & LOR will just be forwarded to the same ingestion email that they supply us with.
